StarRocks on Curvine: Cutting 10 Production Slow Queries from 53.7s to 16.8s

Ten production slow queries fell from 53.7 seconds to 16.8 seconds (3.2×) after their data moved to Curvine, while single-file open dropped from 7.7–23.8 ms to 0.16 ms. No SQL changes, no engine fork.

1-Billion-Row SSB: StarRocks Compute-Storage Separation on Curvine Cuts Query Time in Half

On one StarRocks compute-storage separation cluster, the same 1-billion-row SSB dataset was placed on a Curvine Storage Volume and on OSS. With the specified StarRocks caches turned off, the sum of 13 query medians fell from 252.569 seconds to 123.749 seconds, a 51% reduction.
